Introducing Tenants4Tenants

We’re pleased to share that our Customer Involvement Group has a new name – Tenants4Tenants.
This name reflects what the group is all about: tenants working together, sharing their experiences, and helping to improve services for everyone.
We’re also introducing a new regular feature in our newsletters called Tenant Voice. It will keep you updated on what’s happening with our tenant groups, share ideas, and show how tenant feedback is making a difference.

Making a difference together
Tenants4Tenants members are already making a real impact in our communities.
They have:
• Taken part in local pop-up events
• Met tenants in their neighbourhoods
• Helped support funding for sports equipment
• Brought people together around local priorities
Members also play an important role in reviewing our services. They help make sure new homes and services meet
the needs of the people who live in them.

A friendly and welcoming group
Tenants4Tenants is a friendly and supportive group. Our members come from different ages and backgrounds, and
everyone is welcome. Hearing a wide range of views helps us better reflect our communities, so we encourage you
to get involved – whatever you can contribute
As the group says:
