Tenant Charter Survey launched

Albyn Housing Society, has certain standards that it is expected to meet under the Scottish Social Housing Charter. Our Tenant Charter Report (TCR) lets you know how we have performed in some key areas, compared with our peers. This year the comparison was against the Highland Council and the Scottish average.

The TCR is a document shaped by tenants, for tenants, every step of the way – from the layout and design to the information we’ve included. Your voices, ideas, and priorities have guided how we present our performance, making sure it’s clear, relevant, and easy to understand.

As we prepare for the next tenant charter report – which will detail our performance during 2025/26 – we have launched a survey to get your feedback on the latest report and give you the opportunity to have your say this year’s report.
