2019/2020 Planned upgrades
Last year, we spent over £2 million upgrading your homes to make them even better. The good news is we plan to continue to carry out planned repairs to your homes. Over the next 5 years we plan to spend £7.5 million on improving our stock and continuing to deliver our target of 750 new homes.
