Garden Maintenance
With the weather improving, it’s a great time to get outdoors and enjoy your garden. We’d like to remind tenants that they are responsible for keeping their private garden in a good condition.
This means ensuring gardens are not overgrown, untidy, or causing a nuisance to neighbours. Well-maintained gardens help keep our communities looking attractive and pleasant for everyone.
We regularly check garden conditions as part of our estate management programme. If you are finding it difficult to maintain your garden, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us—we’re here to help and can offer advice and support.
If you are thinking of installing a shed or any other structure in your garden, you must seek our permission first. While enjoying the summer months, we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of noise, especially in the evenings and early mornings. Sound can travel easily between homes, so keeping music, gatherings and general noise at a considerate level helps ensure everyone can relax comfortably. Thank you for your co-operation.
