As Spring approaches, we’d like to offer a gentle reminder that if you have your own private garden, your tenancy agreement requires you to keep it in good condition.
This includes:
• Cutting the grass regularly
• Trimming trees and bushes to a reasonable size
• Requesting our written permission if you have, or are thinking about installing, a shed
• Keeping the garden free from rubbish
