First Time Access Prize Draw

Gas Boiler Servicing
We arrange for gas boilers to be serviced every year in order to ensure tenant safety and the efficient operation of heating systems. These checks are a legal requirement and are undertaken by trained Gas Safe engineers.

We teamed up with Heatcare back in November to launch a quarterly prize draw for tenants who provide first time access for their gas safety check.

To be in with a chance of winning, all tenants have to do is provide access on their first scheduled appointment. Tenants will then automatically be entered into the prize draw to win a £50 voucher, and Heatcare will be in touch with the lucky winner.

In return, we ask that the winner agrees to us taking their picture and using it to promote this initiative on social media platforms and our website.

Fixed Electrical Inspections (EICRs)
EICRs are completed every 5 years and ensure that the fixed electrical installations within every property are safe and meet current industry standards. These inspections are undertaken by qualified electricians and typically take around 2-3 hours dependent on the property size and type of installation.

From April, we will also be extending the £50 voucher prize draw for all tenants who provide first time access for their EICR.

A Reminder
Gas servicing and EICRs are a legal requirement and therefore mandatory for all applicable homes. There are no charges for these planned checks as they are covered by monthly rent payments, however it is essential that tenants liaise with our allocated contractors in order to schedule appointments and provide access on agreed dates.
