Community Fund
Albyn’s Community Fund for 2026 is now open for new applications.
What is the Community Fund?
Albyn Housing has a Community Fund that provides small grants to local community groups. Grants of up to £500 are available for specific community projects that benefit the local community.
Who can apply?
• Voluntary or community organisation
• Registered charity
• Constituted group or club
• Not-for-profit company or
• Community Interest Company
• School community projects (provided your project benefits and involves the communities around the school)
What can the grant be used for?
The grants can be used to aid any activities that help make stronger communities such as:
• Equipment
• One-off events
• Transport
• Volunteer expenses – such as reasonable travel costs
• Small land or building projects

Completed application forms should be emailed to communityfund@albynhousing.org.uk or posted to Community Fund Albyn Housing Society, 98 – 104 High Street Invergordon IV18 0DL.
All applications will be reviewed by our Community Fund Panel with a decision communicated to applicants within 28 days of us receiving your application.
