Business Plan 2026-27

Albyn Group has published its Business Plan for 2026-27, marking the final year of its five-year strategic cycle (2022-2027).

The focus for 2026/27 is a year of consolidation, focusing on embedding improvements, completing key programmes such as the three-year stock condition survey, advancing net zero preparations, and strengthening tenant and staff engagement. By integrating progress and embedding new systems, Albyn aims to position itself for resilient, sustainable service delivery and continued support for tenants and communities in the Highlands.
