Award of Compliance Services Contracts

We are pleased to announce that following a competitive tender exercise undertaken through Public Contracts Scotland, we have awarded contracts for the provision of compliance related services to Cardo (Scotland) Limited.

The services to be delivered under these contracts include:

  • Maintenance and repairs of heating systems including gas, oil and LPG boilers, air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and heat interface units.
  • Inspection and ongoing renewal of domestic grade fire systems to LD1/LD2 standard.
  • Electrical inspections, including EICRs and associated remedial works.

These contracts ensure that we meet our statutory requirements in respect of tenant safety including annual servicing of gas boilers and 5-yearly EICRs, as well as our obligations under the Scottish Housing Quality Standards (SHQS).
