Annual Visits

In our Autumn Newsletter, we let tenants know that we would soon be introducing annual visits. We’re pleased to share that we have now completed a pilot in two of our schemes.

The feedback has been very positive, tenants appreciated the chance to meet with staff face to face, and our teams welcomed the opportunity to check in, offer support, and help ensure everyone is able to maintain their tenancy comfortably.

Thanks to the success of the pilot, we’ll be carrying out more annual visits over the coming months, and we look forward to meeting more of you soon.
