Albyn Housing Society to procure 2026/27 planned programme works across four lots
Albyn Housing Society has launched a procurement notice for experienced contractors to deliver its 2026/27 Planned Programme Works, supporting continued investment in homes across its communities.
The programme, now available on Public Contracts Scotland, will be split into four separate lots, with suppliers invited to bid for one or more lots depending on their experience, capacity and area of specialism.
The works include external door and window replacements across North and Easter Ross, Inverness and southern areas including Aviemore and Nairn, as well as specialist replacement timber windows at B-listed properties in Conon Bridge and Invergordon.
A further lot will cover heating system replacements, including the removal of existing heating and hot water systems and the installation, testing and commissioning of new Dimplex Quantum electric heating systems, hot water cylinders and associated electrical and plumbing works.
The planned contract period is expected to begin in September 2026, with initial completion by 31 March 2027.
A further lot, which shall include kitchen replacements covering the removal of existing kitchens and the installation of new kitchens to current standards, will also be tendered for in due course as a separate tender.
Albyn is keen to hear from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can demonstrate strong programme delivery, quality workmanship, tenant-focused service, health and safety compliance and effective communication throughout planned works.
Further procurement information, including lot details and tender requirements, is now available on Public Contracts Scotland.
