Albyn Group All Staff Away Day

Last week, the Albyn Group staff team had a productive staff-away day at Ross County Football Club.

The morning was spent reviewing the results of our recent staff survey, discussing what matters most to our people, and exploring how we can continue to improve and develop as an organisation. We highlighted how, an 88% response rate to our staff survey and an employee engagement score of 73%, evidences the staff’s commitment to improvement and provided a strong foundation for the conversations and actions that followed.

In the afternoon, we celebrated the fantastic achievements delivered across the organisation to support our tenants, and recognised the hard work, dedication and contribution of colleagues over the past year. We then spent time discussing the challenges and opportunities staff anticipated in the year to come, their views will be reflected in the development of our next 5 year business plan.

The energy, honesty and enthusiasm in the room was fantastic, with so many valuable ideas, perspectives and commitments shared throughout the day. It was encouraging to see colleagues engaging openly in conversations about our future and how we can make our organisation an even better place to work.
