Staff and Tenant Action Day

Albyn Housing Society recently held its third annual Staff and Tenant Action Day, with colleagues visiting tenants across communities throughout the Highlands.

The initiative brings together staff from across the organisation – including finance, IT, governance and health and safety – to meet tenants in their homes alongside frontline housing staff. The aim was to listen directly to tenant experiences and strengthen our understanding of how Albyn services affect everyday life.

During the day, teams carried out pre-arranged visits, and estate walkabouts. In addition to identifying follow up actions, the feedback gathered will now be used to inform broader service improvements.
