Dornoch Tenant Roadshow

Tenant Feedback has shown a desire for increased face-to-face support. In response, we have launched our ‘Tenant Roadshow’ a series of pop-up events across our communities. We will be visiting your area on Thursday 25th April between 10am and 1pm in the Dornoch Hub (1 Argyle Street, Dornoch, IV25 3LA).

Level access – If you are unable to access our main meeting space on the first floor, please let a member of Dornoch Hub staff know and we will come to you.

Our aim is to offer a relaxed and friendly, safe space to have a face-to-face chat about any aspects of your tenancy. With our minds on Spring cleaning, this event will spotlight how we manage estates and how we can support you to with recycling bulk items, reporting abandoned vehicles and anything else that would improve your neighbourhood experience.

In attendance we will have colleagues from the teams listed below, as well as a group of our involved Tenants, who will be able to tell you about their experience of working closely with Albyn, please come along and meet them.

• Income Team
• Tenancy Sustainment
• Technical Officer from our Repairs and Maintenance Department
• Business Services

We are also pleased to be joined by our subsidiary Highland Residential Ltd who are there to offer advice on mid-market rental, Low-cost Initiative for First Time buyers (LIFT) and factoring.

Our ‘kids corner’ will provide budding artists and creative minds with an opportunity to colour in keeping your children amused while you explore along with refreshments for little ones and a kids competition.

We are pleased to be working closely with Mikeysline, CAB and Changeworks, who have agreed to come along and offer advice on mental health, and support to reduce your energy costs.

We will be holding Tenant Roadshows across the Highlands over the coming months, with a focus on rural areas. Please see our Roadshow page for further information and your opportunities to get involved.
