Get involved
Our aim is to make sure that anyone from our communities who would like to have a say about what we do and how we do it has the opportunity to influence changes and improvements to the services we provide.
If we are changing anything to do with how your tenancy is managed or to do with how we maintain or improve the home you live in, we will ask for your views.
Depending on how much time you have and how much you want to contribute, you can be part of a regular group, or just contact us and fill in feedback forms on particular issues you are interested in.
We will also send out a regular newsletters and information and keep our website up to date so that you can always find out what is going on.
We have developed a number of ways for you to be involved. These include the following.
- Joining tenants’ or residents’ groups.
- Joining registered tenant organisations (RTOs).
- Attending meetings and local pop-up sessions.
- Registering an interest in a particular issue.
- Taking part in our resident satisfaction surveys.
- Joining an involved tenant group such as our Customer Involvement Strategy Monitoring Group (CISMG), Performance Monitoring Group, or Tenant Editorial Group.
- Become a member of the society.
- Join our board.
