Opportunity with Highland Residential Board of Directors

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Highland Residential Board of Directors.

Highland Residential is a social enterprise company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Albyn Housing Society. Its social purpose is to generate revenue streams and profit for reinvestment into projects and solutions that combat the significant shortage of affordable homes faced by local communities.

It provides advice, information and delivers important services to individuals and communities across the Highlands, including affordable housing solutions such as mid market rents, estate agent services, and factoring services to homes across the region.

The Board is currently looking for a new Independent Director to help Highland Residential reach its ambitious targets in the coming years, through providing strategic guidance and support to the organisation.

This is an exciting time to be a member of the Highland Residential Board as the organisation progresses its plan to improve and extend the services it offers in the region.

Having assessed our needs, we are ideally seeking applicants who have experience of the estate agency sector, factoring services, residential lettings, property services, or in delivering affordable housing solutions.

The role is not remunerated and we welcome applications from various locations as virtual attendance at meetings is possible.
