How many complaints have we had?
18 complaints were received between 1 October and 31 December 2014.

Stage 1 complaints
14 of these complaints fell within the first stage of the complaints process (frontline resolution).    3 complaints are still being dealt with.  Of the 11 closed complaints, all but 2 were dealt with within the timeframe. None of the complaints was equality-related.  Of the 11 closed, 4 were upheld, 1 was partially upheld and 6 were not upheld.

Stage 2 complaints
4 complaints were escalated to Stage 2 of the complaints process because they required detailed investigation. 2 complaints were closed outside of the timeframe allowed.  1 complaint is still being dealt with.  None of the complaints received was equality-related. Of the 3 complaints closed, 1 was partially upheld, and the remaining 2 were not upheld.
