What do we need
We are looking for a talented individual to play a key role in the provision of the factoring service, delivering customer excellence and compliance under the Code of Conduct for Property Factors.
Working alongside the factoring team, you will be instrumental in developing new business opportunities, providing a professional factoring service to main business customers and individual property owners, working with them to maintain and improve communal areas.
The role involves regular travel and inspection of sites located across the Highlands and the management of contractors ensuring highest standards of service across the portfolio.
Your motivation and experience
Candidates will have experience of factoring, be able to demonstrate success in developing and managing business client relationships, be knowledgeable of relevant legislation, understand best practice procedures and have a commitment to excellent customer service.
We are keen to hear from people already working in; factoring, within the housing sector, commercial property or estate management role. It is essential that you have a service driven approach, first class communication skills and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. The post will require:
- a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- access to a vehicle as travelling is required
- a Disclosure Scotland check.
