We offer an excellent opportunity for a conscientious, flexible and motivated individual to be part of a highly performing team. This role is vital in supporting the effective delivery of our major repairs and cyclical maintenance programmes with the successful individual required to provide a full administration and liaison service on various projects e.g. gas servicing. Educated to Higher level, you will be customer focussed, able to work on your own initiative and have excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, colleagues and external contractors. You will also demonstrate accuracy and excellent attention to detail to ensure all information is recorded and targets are achieved.
Preference will be given to candidates with an understanding and interest in maintenance and asset administration. It is essential that you have excellent project management skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of a housing database system would be an advantage.
Home or site visits are required so you need to be able to travel independently to all locations within the allocated area.
