Balvonie Estate Visit

As part of our Tenant Roadshows, we are incorporating estate visits in certain areas and will be visiting Balvonie on Wednesday 26th June between 1pm and 6pm.

The purpose of the visits is to check in with you and establish if there are any repair or tenancy issues. Our teams will be from across all areas of the business including Development, Repairs, Tenancy Operations, Income, and Business Services. They will be knocking every door to meet with you and discuss any issues or concerns that you may have and ultimately, that we can assist you with.

The visits have been designed to be specific to the issues you have experienced since moving into your home and through listening to feedback from our tenant scrutiny group. A great deal of planning has gone into this to ensure the best experience is gained and by listening to tenants living in the area. There had been consideration to a meeting of all tenants however, ensuring that we had the opportunity to meet with all tenants was key to this being successful, hence the door-to-door visits which we have agreed with tenants in the area we have spoken with.

These visits will be about the issues that matter to you and will ensure that Albyn can understand these and work with you to resolve them.  It may be that you have a recurring repair or that you require assistance in a matter relating to your tenancy or indeed housing support.

If you live in the Balvonie estate but will not be around between 1pm and 6pm, you can call us to arrange a time that is mutually convenient, alternatively, we will be holding a roadshow event at the Drumossie Hotel from 12noon - 3pm on Monday 8th July.
