Annual General Meeting 2023: Outcomes

We held our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Kingsmills Hotel on Wednesday 20 September 2023.

Our Chair, Lesley McInnes gave her report on progress during the year, highlighting what had been a rewarding yet challenging year for Albyn. This was followed by a report from the Albyn Group CEO, Kirsty Morrison.

At the AGM, elections to the Board were made and our Board Membership is now as follows: Lesley McInnes, Carl Patching, Ian Fosbrooke, Fiona Mustarde, Clea Warner, Angela Currie, Scott MacLeod, Lynne Holburn, Niall Owen, Craig Levy, Craig Russell, and Jackie Bugden

Office Bearers were confirmed at a short meeting of the Board held after the AGM, these were: Lesley McInnes, Chair; Clea Warner, Vice Chair; and Ian Fosbrooke, Secretary.
