Annual Assurance Statement 2024/25
The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) requires all Registered Social Landlords to submit an Annual Assurance Statement to it each year.
Our Board approved the Annual Assurance Statement for Albyn Housing Society on 29 October 2024, confirming that the organisation is compliant with the SHR Regulatory Framework.
